Facilitation

I have facilitated teams at all levels focused on team building, planning and enhanced performance.   Some recent assignments include:

• A senior leadership team of a large government organisation to help them work together more effectively
• A management team at a large power company to help them understand themselves better so they can lead their teams effectively
• A series of Myers Briggs workshops for BNZ wholesale banking teams

I have facilitated a range of different conferences.  Some recent ones include an HR conference with 88 delegates, and 130 professionals for a Crown entity.
