Coaching the Coach

• Designed and delivered a “coaching the coach” development programme for a project related business unit within a large public sector organisation to build internal capability and promote a team coaching culture.

• Facilitate an ongoing two-day Coaching for Performance programme for ANZ National Bank as part of their core leadership offering.

• Delivered a roll-out of 2-day coaching development workshops during 2011 for ACC which will continue to run on an ongoing basis.

• Facilitate Coaching and Training skills workshops for Ministry for the Environment senior analysts to help them develop junior staff.
