Leadership Development

• Delivered a four-day integrated leadership development programme to Branch Managers and Business Banking Managers for the National Bank during 2008.

• Co-designed and facilitated a roll-out of leadership development programmes for Ministry of Justice Team Leaders and Managers through Tregaskis Brown. This programme is still running successfully for the fifth year.

• Part of the team to deliver an initial roll-out of one-day Lominger workshops for Managers within the same Ministry – this is now ongoing as part of new manager induction.

• Facilitate a 10-month leadership development programme for managers within the Natural Resources sector which includes a series of workshops and facilitated action learning groups. This will be the third year this programme has been running involving six cohorts.

• Deliver an ongoing emerging leaders programme for Treasury and The Reserve Bank through Inspire Leaders.

• Facilitate a Team Leader development programme for Inland Revenue through Winsborough.
