About Me

Karen is an accredited practitioner of the Myers Briggs Type Indicator® and the Team Management Systems suite of team diagnostic tools, including the TMI.  She is also a certified user of the Lominger Leadership Architect™ and Team Architect™ tools, as well as being qualified to use the full range of Hogan assessments.

Karen’s passion is helping others to understand their strengths and achieve their potential. She is an experienced coach and is frequently called upon by clients to coach managers and team members facing change and new challenges in their roles.
